Strawberry, pear, ginger and spice. The palate is layered with fruit and texture. Smashability with interest. This wine is the result of experimentation and play in the winery, with the same Pinot Gris grapes being made in several different ways and then being combined back together.

- Blend: 100% Pinot Gris
- Wholebunch: 65%, 30% fermented on skins & 5% held in press
- Maturation: 3 months in seasoned French puncheons
