Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Stone fruit, gooseberry and white flowers. Fresh, textured and bright. This is a Sauvignon Blanc that sits a little softer and rounder than expected, with a gentle texture alongside its natural freshness. There’s a mix of ripe stone fruit and lifted florals, with just enough savoury edge to keep things interesting.

The 2025 season brought warm, dry conditions, giving the wine a bit more depth while retaining its brightness. It’s balanced, expressive and very easy to come back to for another glass.

Drink with grilled prawns with lemon and herbs, or roasted cauliflower with almond cream and caper dressing.
