Shiraz 2024
Fresh plums, berries, violets and spice. Balance, structure and length. Sourced from a low-yielding block of PT23 Shiraz planted in 1991 on our Napoleone Vineyard, this wine reflects both vine age and the warmth of the season. Naturally fermented as whole berries and matured for 15 months in seasoned French oak, it shows depth and refinement, with dark fruit, spice and fine tannins carrying through to a long, composed finish.
Enjoy alongside slow-roasted lamb shoulder with garlic and rosemary, or eggplant roasted until silky with tomato, herbs and olive oil.
