Pinot Noir Rosé 2026
Wild strawberry, red apple and rose. Bright, aromatic and finely textured. Made from mature MV6 Pinot Noir vines on our Napoleone Vineyard in Coldstream, this is a dry, expressive Yarra Valley rosé with freshness, energy and clear Pinot Noir character. The fruit was gently pressed and wild fermented in seasoned French oak puncheons before early bottling to preserve vibrancy. Drink chilled with tomato and olive tart with thyme and flaky pastry.
