Shiraz 2025

Fresh plum, berries, violets and spice. Perfumed and elegant with silky tannins and a velvety palate. Sourced from a single block of Shiraz planted in 1991 on our Napoleone Vineyard, the fruit was fermented as whole berries and gently worked during fermentation to build flavour and fine tannins. Fifteen months in French oak, with just 10% new, adds structure while keeping the fruit at the centre.

The warm, dry 2025 season brought earlier ripening and generous concentration, producing a Shiraz with richness, structure and length while retaining perfume and freshness.

Food match: Slow-roasted lamb shoulder with garlic and herbs.
