Non Members: Free shipping on all orders over $185 value. A $10 shipping charge otherwise applies.

Delivery Punt Road Wines uses Australia Post and occasionally local Victorian couriers to deliver physical goods. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the location and delivery method. We can deliver within Australia only. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or public holidays. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area you live in, please contact us. Please note that all Australia Post deliveries to rural areas will be left at the local Post Office. Occasionally our couriers may leave your purchases at the local Post Office or local distribution depot as they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance a calling card will be left for you, advising the location of your purchases for collection.
The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. We may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. We will refuse to deliver the goods if a person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age. Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.

If we are advised that the carrier is unable to deliver the goods, or if the delivery address has not been updated prior to your wine selection despatch, we will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Punt Road Wines shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any current or future law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or other poor weather conditions, Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement. 

Damaged or lost goods

The risk of damage, loss, or deterioration to the product passes to the buyer upon delivery and Punt Road Wines is not obligated to replace wines or provide a refund after delivery has been accepted.

If we are notified by Australia Post that your wines have been damaged, we will contact you and offer you a return or replacement. In the event the wines are no longer available, we will do our best to offer you a similar replacement for the price paid. Please note this will affect the delivery time of your order. 

If a shipment is damaged or partially lost during transit, the member must, within 14 days of delivery of the goods, provide the Punt Road Wines notice giving reasonable particulars of any such damage or partial loss. On accepting the member's claim, Punt Road Wines will at its discretion replace or refund the goods and pay for any additional delivery charges. Please send an email to or call us 03 9739 0666 to notify us of any damages, incorrect orders or faults and arrange for a replacement or return of the product. Once the details or wines are received, we will assess the situation or wine fault and refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund or replacement.

Punt Road Wines reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices contained on this the website without notice to you. Your continued use of this website after any such change constitutes your agreement to such change. Punt Road Wines further reserves the right to change prices and other information on the website at any time without notice to you. The posting of prices and other terms of sale on this web site shall not constitute a binding agreement and Punt Road Wines is not obliged to sell products on such terms.
