White Pinot Noir 2026
White flowers, peach and strawberry. Perfumed, fresh and generous. Made entirely from hand-picked Pinot Noir, this distinctive white wine is pale, perfumed and beautifully fresh. Gentle pressing of the grapes keeps the colour and tannin to a minimum, while a long, cool ferment captures lifted aromas of white flowers, juicy peach and wild strawberry. Bright natural acidity carries everything through to a clean, refreshing finish.
Drink with grilled prawns with chilli-lime oil and charred spring onions, or roasted sweet potato with warm spices and Greek yoghurt.
