Pinot Noir 2023
 $
Notes of raspberries, strawberry and spice. Vibrant red fruit and delicate tannins. This wine is made mainly from 30-year-old MV6 clone plantings, with younger blocks adding complexity. It's fermented with whole berries (90%) and whole bunches (10%), pressed to a combination of new (barely 15%) and used oak for maturation and malolactic conversion with the whole bunch component kept separate. After 10 months, the wines are then blended and bottled with no fining.
