The grapes were gently pressed with minimal skin contact to extract delicate flavours and a pale hue. The result is a bright, textural white wine with aromas of white nectarine and mandarin zest, lifted by crisp acidity, a mineral-driven finish, and a subtle hint of salinity that adds depth and complexity.
