Lifted notes of wild strawberry and peach sit alongside delicate floral aromas, leading into a bright, juicy palate with fine texture and refreshing acidity.

Made from Pinot Noir grown on our Coldstream estate and picked early to retain freshness, this wine is gently pressed and fermented cool to preserve purity and perfume. A short time on lees brings subtle creaminess, balanced by a crisp, clean finish that keeps you reaching for another glass.

Perfect as an aperitif or alongside light, seasonal dishes.
